What is rotational casting, and why use it?

Rotational Casting is a method that produces hollow, virtually seamless parts.

  • Casting liquid is poured into a mold and then automatically turned in two opposing directions which smoothly distributes  the casting medium.
  • The process reduces finishing costs dramatically. In most cases your original tools (molds) can be easily modified to work with this process.
  • Our customers find that our system can cut labor and or material costs significantly.
Imagine The ability to produce your castings without the hassles of labor-intensive manual methods! We have a product available that produces figures and other castings with much greater ease! Our rotational casting machines are for use by fabrication professionals and serious hobbyists alike. We not only outfit you with the best machine for your purposes, but we also help you get started with our training and consulting program!

hollow casts with rotational casting Imagine now being able to produce and reproduce your figures, objects and parts in less time, with less labor and with less expense! Add to this the ability to produce an almost seamless part and you have a real recipe for success! These machines are powered by two independent, variable speed, DC drives, allowing you to change the speed settings on either frame to suit material viscosity and set up time. Unlike other machines, you have full control of the casting process!

Multiple molds are handled easily with rotational casting machines. We have machines with 3'x4' and 6'x6' mold areas available. Custom sized machines are available on request. Regardless of whether you production runs are low or high, our machines can make the difference between where you are and where you want to go!
