ULTRACAL 30

ULTRACAL  30  is a low expansion HYDROCAL designed for the tooling industry.  Recommended where extreme accuracy and additional surface hardness are required, as in duplicator models.  It is harder and stronger   than HYDROCAL A-11 or B-11 and has the lowest expansion of any gypsum cement available.   It has a gradual set and a long period of plasticity.  This material is ideal for splash casting molds and models for phenolic, polyester, and epoxy resins. It was dsigned to give the pattern making industry the ultimate in a gypsum cement tooling medium.  It is colored gren for identification.

ULTRACAL  60

ULTRACAL 60 is the same in all respects to ULTRACAL 30 except that it is provided with a set of about an hour long. It is designed for very large models where additional working time and highest possible degree of accuracy are required.
