Getting to the bottom of a container of thick material quickly without introducing air into the mix was an industry requirement. That was the birth of the Plunge mixer line. We not only met that challenge but exceeded it by creating a mixer that mixed not only quicker but more thoroughly than anything being offered. One very important innovation that made that possible was the introduction of smooth teeth to the bottom of the mixer. This thoroughly cleans the bottom of the bucket and brings that material up into the mix. Our Hanson plunge mixer is the top of the line heavy-duty mixer now recognized by many companies as the best mixer available to mix their products with absolute minimum of air entrapment. The plunge mixers will mix dry mix materials, paints, glues, epoxies, 2 part combo mixes, urethanes, glazes, printing inks, fiberglass, resins, plastic compounds, plaster, mortar, cements, foundry core mixes, molding sands, and asphalt sealers. The Hanson Plunge Mixer is made of Zinc-aluminum alloy, with heavier zinc content for durability and longer life. The head is cast, tumbled smooth with a no burr finish for easy clean up. Mixes 1/2 pint up to 55 gallons.

We started getting requests for a mixer to mix through the top of one gallon containers. The next innovation, the 001A was the answer to that request. It allows you to mix through the opening in a standard one gallon container then reseal with the cap to preserve shelf life. The One Gallon Paint Guard We have designed a disposable plastic pouring spout that snaps on the top of a one gallon can. It's tall enough to aid in mixing so splatter is not a problem. When pouring it helps control flow of material plus it keeps the top of the can clean for easy resealing. Available in 25 per pack or bulk packs.

operate our own engineering department, foundry and assembly plant. With input from a

to the acceptance of our Swing "T" Mixer. This mixing marvel comes
with our signature "teeth on the bottom" design and has evoked the fastest
positive response we have ever received from our customers. The "T5" is a
mixing break thru for mixing material in 5 gallon containers through the pour hole in the
lid. It saves time and money because you no longer have to remove the lid of your 5
gallon containers. You will not be shortening the shelf life of the product by introducing
large amounts of air and humidity and you save time by not having to remove the lid
to mix. Fold the mixer blades into the closed position and push through the
pour hole in your 5 gallon pail. Centrifical force will open the blades and the
material will be thoroughly mixed.. Also comes in model T55 for mixing materials in
55 gallon drums without removing the lid.
The 085 Mud Mixer for paint, drywall mud, heavy paste and
acoustic pre-mix, gets the job done quickly and produces a lump free mix.

mixers from laboratories, and college art class programs that only require mixing in small
quantities.
